Is Our Obama Learning -- Barack Fails Presidential Math

That would be the vaunted Barack Obama describing why he is on his Rainbow Tour.

He would do better to spend a few days studying the constitution and brushing up on his math so he can recall the length of a President's term, the maximum terms allowed, and how many years that is total(hint: 4 and 2 -- you do the math).

Maybe he can get the 58 states he campaigned in for the primary to repeal 22nd amendment!
