Why Doesn't Obama Pay Women The Same As Men?

Obama claims he wants to eliminate the pay discrepancies between the sexes in America. But if that is the case then why does he pay the women on his Senate staff an average of $6000 less then the men on his staff? Who really works for women's pay rights?
