Obama's Failing Poll Numbers Clearly An Emergency Situation!

Oil at $133 a barrel: Obama opposes releasing the oil reserves, saying it should be kept for “a genuine emergency.”
Oil at $117 a barrel: Obama says release the oil reserves.
